G Hotels Family Program Terms
The following terms apply to all members of the G Hotels Family.
These terms for the G Hotels Family program are valid as of June 1, 2025.
General Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to join the G Hotels Family.
- Membership is free and can be joined at any time via the G Hotels website or the hotels own web site and at hotel receptions.
- After registration, members can access their profile with their phone number, where the bonus balance is also visible.
- To earn bonuses, your membership must be confirmed when making the reservation or at the latest upon check-in.
- Incorrectly awarded bonus may be revoked afterwards.
- Package tours, group reservations, complimentary visits, and bookings via third-party channels are not eligible for bonuses.
- Each membership can only be registered to one individual. Companies, groups, and conference bookers cannot become members.
- G Hotels reserves the right to change terms and benefits, with notice via at least one channel (website or email).
- Only reservations made through G Hotels' own booking channels entitle you to discounts and benefits.
- Individual bookings through business travel channels also qualify for bonuses if the customer has a corporate agreement with G Hotles.
- Membership is valid until further notice. Discontinuation of the program will be announced 3 months in advance.
- G Hotels may cancel membership due to misuse. A member can also cancel their membership in writing (on their member page, by sending a message under: support).
Earning and Validity of Bonuses
- Bonuses accumulate from the date of joining. Bonuses can be used only on your next hotel visit (in connection with a purchase).
- Bonuses can be earned for one room and for another room with under-18s from the same household.
- A 5% bonus is earned on the final hotel bill total, including restaurant charges added to the room bill (excluding alcohol and third-party products/services).
- Bonuses can be redeemed at the hotel during payment, e.g., for the room, restaurant, or minibar.
- Bonuses will appear in your account after your visit.
- Bonuses are valid through the end of the following year from the earning date.
- If the point total is incorrect, a bonus registration request must be made directly to the hotel.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person.
